An idea recently popped into my head of a nice little 3-game epic campaign and I'd like to throw out the option for people to join in. The entire basis of it is going to be a mystery up until the beginning of the first game because your characters won't entirely know what's going on beforehand.
Background - you are all world-renowned and almost legendary heroes from you respective worlds and areas. You've at least all heard of each other if not have worked together in the past or currently.
Specifics:
Character level: 27
Attributes: standard point buy
Gear: anything you want. No stipulations on level, gold, or sets. Only items not allowed are those portable plane shift things, I forget what they're called but me and Gersh both don't like them.
Game Sources: All. Standard D&D, Eberron, Forgotten Realms, splat books, playtests, etc. If you are in anyway unsure - just ask. I'd like it if you all end up being from different worlds - it makes things much more interesting, but it's not required.
Background bonuses: standard 1 bonus from any of the options in the builder.
Alignments: No Chaotic Evil
Desired # of players: 4-5
Questions? Comments? Intrigued? Let me know.
Planned characters:
Sean - Invoker or Monk
Shane - Barbarian
Gersh - Swordmage
More info:
You guys will be level 28 at the start of the 3rd session, so plan for your characters to reach that level.
Due to the design of this game, if we don't fill the "Traditional" party roles, it's not as big of a deal. Play what you want to play in an Epic game
